Wow,
What a way to end the season.
This game was played with ADK dominating posession during the first half, hitting the cross ball and post with no results. Ballston Spa tallied the first goal on a cross to a unmarked player. ADK can right back with a finishing goal played through their goalie and into the goal by Alex Dickinson. The first half ended with a 1-1 tie. We started the second half flat and the ballston team took it to us with a corner kick goal giving them a 2-1 lead. Then the ADK defense took hold and shutdown the ballston Spa attach for the rest of the game. Thomas Austin Play great in goal and had a collision with a BS forward on one play. Later in the game we sub thomas out because of he had some dizzyness for this collision.
Pat Resse came to our resue and finished this game in goal.
ADK tallied the equalizer goal from a excellent through ball to Nate Rogers who put it in the corner of the net.
The game continued to go back a forth waiting for one opportunity for one team to score the final goal. With constant subing ADK found an attaching combination of Eddie gardner passing and Ean Ward's persistant attaching created the final Lofted goal into the corner of the net. Great Goal Ean!
There was only 4 min. left in the game and ADK wasn't taking any chances with this game. We went into a conservative defensive mode.
